This matter will be one of the attractions for the community to send their children to madrasah. One of the efforts to realize it is by developing a religious culture among madrasahs, ie continuously practicing religious habits, so that religious values can be internalized and practiced in everyday life. Among the strategies of religious culture development that can be done is through power strategy, persuasive strategy, and normative re-educative. The first strategy was developed through a command approach and a ban or reward and punishment. The second and third strategies are developed through habituation, exemplary, and persuasive approach or inviting to its citizens in a subtle way. There are six aspects of pesantren management that will be studied in this research, namely curriculum, educator and educational staff, facilities and infrastructure, student, financing, and public relations. This research is a qualitative research that uses in the form of interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. Stages of data analysis include data reduction, data display, and conclusion of data on aspects of pesantren management. The findings of this research are: on the curriculum side is applied the blend of curriculum 2013 with curriculum boarding school. In the aspects of management of educators and educational personnel is applied an open pattern, especially in the recruitment process carried out by publication and prioritizing competence. Private <em>Madrasahs</em> as one of the Islamic Education Institutions in Indonesia have a strategic role in the participation of the nation's intellectuals. In the next developments, private <em>madr</em><em>asahs</em> face complex issues. In one hand, there is a demand to improve the quality in order to compete with state Islamic education institutions and public schools, but on the other hand, the attention of the government, both central and local, to Islamic educational institutions is still low, even they are still placed not as the main class, but the second class of education institutions. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 3 headmasters of /MTS Binaan. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The result of the research indicates that KKM based on Mentoring can improve the ability of headmaster in preparing the education supervision program in MTS Binaan. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of the principal in preparing the education supervision program from cycle I to cycle II. School as a system should produce output whose capacity can be guaranteed. School output is generally measured from the level generated through the process of schooling. School performance is measured by its effectiveness, quality, productivity, efficiency, innovation, quality of work life, surplus and morale. This study examines three main variables: teacher competence, application of learning strategy and quality of education. The step of this research are defining the problem based on existing theories and the real condition, arranging instruments based on indicators, processing the data and analyzing it using statistical formulas. Brebes Semeseter II Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 http://ejournal.iainpurwokerto.ac.id/index.php/jurnalkependidikan/article/view/1718 <p>The purpose of this study is to find out how much improvement of the ability to arrange teaching materials and how high the motivation of composing teaching materials through continuous mentoring for teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tamrinussibyan 1 Alhikmah, Benda, District of Sirampog, Brebes Regency in the Second Semester II Lesson of Academic Year 2017/2018. This study aims to describe the ability of teachers in preparing the teaching materials through continuous mentoring and describe the motivation of teachers in preparing the teaching materials with continuous mentoring. Data were collected through observations and interviews conducted 2 cycles. The results of the assessment are as follows: the highest value was 85, the lowest was 65, and average score was 76.5. There was an average increase in the ability of 29.66% of teaching materials in cycle I. In cycle II the average was 87. The highest score was 93 and the lowest score is 83. There was an increase of 13.73% in cycle II. Teacher's motivation improved significantly in cycle I and cycle II. Character education is interpreted as a value education, character education, and moral education, whose purpose is to develop the ability of learners to make a decision of the good and bad, to maintain goodness and to realize the good in their daily life deeply. The main problem faced in the world of education today is the decline of moral values ​​and character of learners, ranging from the level of primary education to secondary education. The problem is a very distant portrait of the educational character that we expect together, from the case of the students torturing the teacher to death, the learner challenges the teacher, the parents of the learners persecute the teacher, friend bullying, harassment, violence, brawl, etc. These events will certainly not happen if all the citizens of the school care and can prevent it from the beginning. Broken Windows Theory is one of the alternative solutions to the problems that are engulfing education in Indonesia. The strategy of using this theory is by making early prevention of negative behavior that is considered small but the beginning of a larger behavior.
